Kimmie began her real estate journey in 1998 in New Mexico, building hands-on experience long before earning her license. Her background includes staging, design, rehab, rentals, construction, investment properties, and the mortgage industry—giving her clients a true edge in today’s competitive market. In 2013, she transitioned to real estate full-time and hasn’t looked back.

She is a member of three MLS systems, giving buyers and sellers a wider reach beyond the local market. Originally from Michigan, Kimmie made her way to Colorado in 2000 and fell in love with the mountain views, outdoor lifestyle, and 350 days of sunshine. In 2017, she and her Pueblo-native husband bought their dream home in Pueblo, where she now proudly serves clients throughout Pueblo and Colorado Springs.

Outside of real estate, Kimmie is a proud mother of three, grandmother to 13 grandchildren and step-grandchildren, and dog mom to a beautiful black Lab. Her warmth, dedication, and personal experience as a single mom make her especially attuned to the unique needs of each family she works with.
